How screen printing works

Screen printing is the most common and cost-effective process, and it works on all types of material. We print your image on film, burn it onto a screen, and push ink through that screen onto the garment. The more colors your design has, the more screens are needed, which means more setup time and materials, and that is reflected in the price.

That is exactly why screen printing shines on bigger runs. Once the screens are set, every piece prints fast and consistent, so the per-shirt cost drops the more you order. It is the go-to for team shirts, staff uniforms, event merch and anything you need in bulk.

Inks we run

• Plastisol - the workhorse. Bright, durable, sits on top of the fabric and holds up wash after wash.
• Water-Based - soaks into the fabric for a soft, broken-in hand feel that barely feels printed.
• Discharge - removes the garment dye and replaces it with ink, for a super soft print on dark cotton.
