How screen printing works

If you're ordering 50 custom t-shirts, this is probably the process we're going to recommend. Screen printing is the most cost-effective way to print in volume, and it works on just about any garment, from tees to screen printed hoodies. We burn your design onto a screen and push ink through it onto the shirt. Every color gets its own screen, so more colors means more setup. That's also why the price per shirt keeps dropping the more you order.

That's why screen printing shines on bigger runs. Once the screens are set, every piece prints fast and consistent, so the per-shirt cost drops the more you order. It's the go-to for team shirts, staff uniforms, event merch and anything you need in bulk.

Inks we run

• Plastisol - the workhorse. Bright, durable, sits on top of the fabric and holds up wash after wash.
• Water-Based - soaks into the fabric for a soft, broken-in hand feel that barely feels printed.
• Discharge - removes the garment dye and replaces it with ink, for a super soft print on dark cotton.
