What are your minimums per order?
Our minimum order for custom garments is 24 pieces per design. We can facilitate smaller orders on a case by case basis, so please contact us with any questions. If lower than 24 pieces are needed, DTG printing will be used, which has no minimums and no limit to colors.
What are the turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 14 business days for screen printing. We do have rush service available under certain conditions and at an additional cost. DTG printing and promo items have different turnaround times, so please contact us for more information.
What is the maximum number of colors?
For garment screen printing we can currently print up to 10 colors. There is a screen charge per color used, and the more colors in the design the higher the setup. If more colors are needed, DTG printing has no limit to colors and no minimums.
Are there any art requirements?
We have multiple in-house artists, so if you need art created for your project we can help. If you already have art, please review our artwork requirements page before submitting it so we get the best possible print.
What are the steps for proofing?
Before anything goes into production we make sure we are all on the same page by providing digital mock-ups and quotes for approval through email. Once mockups are approved we start the production process. In some cases we will print a physical sample for your approval before printing your actual merchandise.
What are the payment terms?
We accept checks, credit cards and purchase orders. We offer net terms to approved accounts. We require payment in full of your finalized quote when you place your order.
Do you print on customer supplied items?
We are happy to provide printing services on customer-supplied goods. It should be noted that you may be required to provide additional items to ensure we meet your total quantity needed. Pricing and further information are available upon request.
What about product availability?
Sometimes blank goods and specialty products can become out-of-stock during the quote process, most likely during peak seasons like sports seasons and special events. We will let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution, although additional charges may apply.
